Caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. Before entering the wedding industry, I earned my degree in Nursing Science and worked alongside surgeons and primary care physicians as a medical assistant. Those years taught me how to stay organized, calm under pressure, and focused on helping people through important moments in their lives.
After marrying Nick and becoming a mom, I began assisting him at weddings and quickly fell in love with the industry. What started as helping behind the scenes naturally evolved into coordinating weddings, creating timelines, and making sure every detail came together seamlessly for our couples.
Today, I work with an amazing network of trusted vendors and specialize in keeping wedding days organized, stress-free, and enjoyable. Together, Nick and I combine planning, photography, and videography to create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Full Wedding Planning
 
Full Wedding Planning is for couples who want help curating their vendor team according to budget, personality, and style. I will work with you in the early stages of planning your wedding and communicate with vendors, draft timelines, organizing seating charts, and being that friend you can count on. Full planning is for brides who want my full support and guidance for your wedding. We will have scheduled check-ins along the months leading up to your event

Partial Planning
 
Are you a bride who has most of the key details handled: venue, catering, invites, etc? And have me take the reigns closer to the wedding date? Partial wedding planning is for couples who need support with remaining help, and vendor correspondence leading up to their event. I still help with timeline creation and refining details bringing everything together.

Day of Coordination
 
Many of our brides have the full event handled and just need support the month leading to their wedding date, and wedding day.
During that month, we will have one initial intro call, key vendor call, timeline and diagram call, and final check in at least 3 days prior to your wedding.

South Asian weddings are some of our favorite celebrations to plan because they blend rich traditions, vibrant events, and meaningful family involvement over multiple days. Having coordinated South Asian weddings throughout Southern California and Mexico, we understand the unique logistics that come with ceremonies such as the Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, Baraat, Wedding Ceremony, and Reception.
From managing detailed timelines and coordinating multiple vendors to ensuring cultural traditions are honored, our team works closely with couples and their families to create a seamless experience. With extensive experience at San Diego hotels, resorts, and wedding venues, we provide expert guidance on venue selection, event flow, guest logistics, and vendor recommendations, helping couples enjoy every moment while we handle the details behind the scenes.
My Process
 
1.Let's Schedule a virtual meeting
 
A 30 min call will help answer all your initial questions and determine if we make a great fit for your wedding.
 
 
2.Review proposal
 
After our call, I will put together a custom proposal for your event needs. Once you're ready to book, a retainer is needed to hold your date. We have flexible payment plans and seasonal bundles with photo, video, and other partnered vendors.
 
 
3.Stay in touch
 
We will have our planned check in calls according to your contract. I usually take 48hrs to reply to emails and can be contacted by phone for an emergency. We will be building timelines, seating arrangements, floral placement, catering selections, etc. This is the time we are hitting milestones and building your event.
 
 
4.Lets get Married!
 
Rest assured we will have all the details we need to make your event flow seamlessly. We would have had all our final vendor calls and timeline set and sent.
I will coordinate with designated individuals for your DIY decor and bring your wedding day to a close; stress free.
