I could not be happier that you have chosen me to photograph your wedding! In my business, I work a certain way for workflow, client satisfaction, and family time. Before you start the booking process with me, here are a few details of how I handle my clients from beginning to end. I love to meet my clients in person if possible to get to know them. My schedule is always changing so please let me know your availability in your inquiring email.
I use an online client management company for wedding professionals called Honeybook. Through Honeybook, I will be sending over e-brochures with pricing, package proposals, client contracts with payment method, and questionnaires. In my business, I strive for organization and easy workflow on both ends.
If you have not seen the prices listed on my website, I will send over an e-brochure with all my services listed. From there just let me know what type of package you want to build or choose a certain all-inclusive package.
Once you notify me on what package and add-ons you want, I will send over a customized proposal/contract for you to read over and sign. At that time you may choose to make the initial 50% retainer to hold your date.
If you have chosen to have an engagement session, I will be in contact to set up a date for the shoot. Go to my engagement session post to read more about how I organize that shoot.
Once the initial payment is made, your date is secured on my calendar and cannot be double booked. Please feel free to share Pinterest Boards so I can get a better feel for your wedding theme and style.
